Warranty and returns

 

1. Warranty

The legal guarantee of conformity is 2 years from receipt of the product. To benefit from the guarantee it is imperative to keep the invoice of the product.

The warranty applies to a product that shows a defect occurring during normal use. Our warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidental wear and tear or incorrect care of the product.

 

2. Returns

According to the Article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 working days from the delivery date of your order to return any item does that does not suit you, in the state in which you received it, with all the elements delivered (accessories, packaging, instructions ...), specific to its marketing and ask the exchange or the refund and this without any expenses, with the exception of the return fees remaining the responsibility of the customer.

After this period, the right to claim will no longer be acquired.

Products have to be returned to ANTARES DISTRIBUTION – 50 rue du Chêne – 17100 LES GONDS – France, accompanied by the invoice and the downloadable return form HERE.

Please note that the return form is necessary for:

  • The exchange of a product bought from our Shop.

  • The return of a defective product

  • The return of a product that needs a repair. You will receive a quote from our repair department and the repair will be conducted only upon approval from the client.

In the case of an exchange of size, color, or model due to a customer error, shipping costs will be charged up to 10 € for France, 20 € for Europe, and after quotation for other countries.

3. Refund

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal from the seller without having to justify the reason or pay a penalty for exchange or refund.
The returns are to be made in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, ...) allowing their remarketing in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice within fourteen days following the notification to the seller of the decision of withdrawal of the customer.


Damaged, soiled or incomplete products are not accepted. Similarly, after this period of 14 days, the products will not be taken back except under the legal guarantee.


Refunds of products deemed non-compliant, defective or in case of right of withdrawal of 14 days, will be made as soon as possible and no later than eight working days following the observation by the seller of the lack of conformity or hidden defect. The return costs will be reimbursed on presentation of the receipts in the following cases:

  • Non-conforming products

  • Defective products

  • Error of delivery


The refund will be made by crediting the customer's bank account and in the customer's currency or by check sent to the customer within 8 working days. Please note, however, that your bank may take up to ten (10) business days to issue a refund to your card, depending on processing times. This varies by card issuer, ANTARES SELLIER is not able to speed up this process beyond our control.
