Information about payment

Methods of payments available:

  • Credit card (Visa, Amex, MC, etc.)

  • Paypal

  • Check (only for bank accounts listed with an address in Metropolitan France and Monaco)

  • Wire transfer

Your order will be confirmed and processed when the payment is received and cleared. You will receive notifications (emails) throughout the order process.

Warranty and returns

1. Warranty

  • Accessories

The warranty applies to a product that shows a defect occurring during normal use. Our warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidental wear and tear or incorrect care of the product.

The receipt/invoice is used for the warranty.

  • Helmets

Warranty on helmets can only apply to a helmet that shows a defect occurring during normal use. Defects resulting from accidents or poor care of the helmets are not covered by the warranty.

If a fall occurs while riding with an Antares helmet, Antares is able to test the shell, if the shell needs to be replaced, a fee will apply. If other damages are identified by our Helmet department, we will send you a quote.

2. Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product, you must contact the Antares customer service department within 48 hours from the delivery of the product. The product must be returned as new (not oiled nor used) in its original package along with a copy of your invoice and a copy of a filled return form. The return form can be found in your Antares account, under “Product Return.”

Once the return is accepted by the customer service department, the client is required to send the defective product within 7 days.

Please note that the return form can be used for:

  • The even exchange of a product bought new from our boutique

  • The return of a defective product

  • The return of a product that needs a repair. You will receive a quote from our repair department and the repair will be conducted only upon approval from the client.
